Aussie All In provides casino-style entertainment services for events including corporate functions, private parties, charity fundraisers, gala dinners, school events, and other occasions throughout Australia. All events use fun money (play chips) only — no real money is wagered at any time, and no actual gambling takes place.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed service agreement and the required deposit payment (typically 30–50% of the total quoted price). Quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking at our sole discretion.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
The following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellations must be made in writing (email to hello@aussieallin.com). We strongly recommend event insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Rescheduling requests made more than 30 days before the original event date may be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling with less than 30 days' notice will be treated as a cancellation and re-booking, with applicable cancellation fees applied.

Aussie All In will:
The client is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of any Aussie All In equipment that is damaged, lost, or stolen during the event due to the actions of the client, their guests, or the venue. Reasonable wear and tear is excluded. We will provide a written assessment of any damage claims.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aussie All In's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant booking. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, or damage to reputation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), which cannot be excluded by agreement.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, or severe weather events. In such circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule the event at no additional cost where reasonably possible.
